About
The Cooma Betta store was originally opened by Andrew Anthony in 1968 and now his sons, George and Tony Anthony are carrying on the family tradition of being local owners and operators. At Betta’s Cooma store, our expert staff are always ready to assist you with selecting your next white goods or home appliance purchase. Our Cooma store has a wide selection of products from all the leading brands for you to choose from. Like fridges and freezers, kitchen and cooking appliances as well as washers and dryers – we have it all. The Cooma Store sponsors many local sporting teams, including the Cooma Stallions and Cooma Red Devils. They also donate to the Snowy Hydro South Care, Cooma Hospital, Sir William Hudson Memorial Centre, Monaro Community Access, Isolated Children’s Parents, and all schools in Cooma community. George and Tony prefer cappuccinos, dining at the Alpine Hotel, and supporting the St George Illawarra Dragons.
